Chakra Foot/Bath Soak & Chakra Spray

Each foot soak is made with a combination of Epsom, Himalayan, and Dead Sea Salts. The combination varies batch to batch. See below for the herbs & essential oils blends (linked for your convenience). Each jar is infused with 528hz frequencies & Reiki.

Suggested directions for your after session bath or foot soak:

Add the entire jar to the bath or 1/2 jar to a foot bath. You may add any water safe polished crystals to your bath. I suggest quartz, amethyst, or obsidian. Light a candle to invite the element of fire into you space, as you already have water, earth (herbs/crystals), and air (the aromatics of the oils). Enjoy your bath for as long as time allows.

If you smelled something lovely during your session, it was one of my chakra sprays. You can use any of the oil blends listed (or make up your own blends) to make spray for you to use at home! Use a 4 oz amber or blue glass spray bottle. Add 30-40 drops of essential oils (to your smell preference), 1/8 cup Witch Hazel (you can substitute grain alcohol or a high-quality vodka as well), top with distilled water, then shake and enjoy!
